Dear Plankton, Your ambition is through the roof and I have always acknowledged that since I was kid. I appreciate you letting me step in your shoes and tell your story in this fun of a show that we call SpongeBob (I think plankton the musical would’ve been better, but it’s okay). Being a creature that thinks so highly of themselves and feels like no one understands you because of how out of the box you think is a gift that we learned together to hone in while including togetherness and humility. Thank you for your time plankton (the big guy was wild, but I will let it slide)! This is the most fun that I have ever worked on a show. It has been about 1,095 days since I have been in a musical & this was the perfect show to make that return. It was great for me to finally see my growth and see where I can go. It was an amazing opportunity and for me especially to see what it was like to truly story tell through hip hop was something I needed on my journey. It showed me a new way to do the homework while doing something I love! To the cast, crew, & everyone involved; it was a pleasure to work with all of you and share those moments on stage and everyone minute of rehearsal we shared. When I say this was the perfect cast I mean that. Everybody came to do what they had to do and we told a wonderful story and made a lot of peoples days. Thank you for the love that was shared throughout the process. If I could do this 7 more times I would. These memories are priceless and glad I got to make some with all of you. Can’t wait to share the stage with a lot of you again! I’m going to miss this process more than anything thank you I love you guys! To Amanda and Tim, words can’t explain the gratefulness I have for you two. The trust you had in all of us was through the roof and it felt good to bring you guys vision to life. Thank you for not just directing this show, but joining us on the journey to tell this story. For all the little bright ideas we brought to the table & you guys were so open to adding that to the vision is something I don’t take for granted, especially with being an artist. You guys are the bomb and I appreciate you more than you think, thank you!
