What a year this has been! These past few months have become my most successful season athletically but have also been the most fun I’ve had in my career. Here are some highlights: Feb: 5k American Record (i) 12:53 🇺🇸 Mar: 10k American Record 26:33 🇺🇸 May: 10k USA Championships 2nd Jun: 5k USA Championships 1st Jul: 10k World Championships 4th, 5k World Championships 6th Aug: 3k American Record 7:28 🇺🇸 Sep: 5k American Record 12:46 🇺🇸, 5k Diamond League Final 3rd People often only see the outcome. When you succeed they only see the success. When you fail they only see the failure. Rarely do they see the many turning points along the way that could have taken you in a completely different direction. Without my family, friends, and mentors none of this would have been possible. Thank you for helping me through all those ups and downs that most people don’t see. I hope you all feel a special connection to my season this year ✌️
