There’s nothing quite like enjoying a fresh daiquiri poolside, especially when it’s shaken up with @CopalliRum, made in the heart of the rainforest in Southern Belize. @CopalliRum is easily one of my favorite rums I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying. What’s in the bottle is clearly the product of passion and hard work, and I was lucky enough to travel to their distillery to see their process firsthand. After fermenting fresh-pressed sugarcane juice, they distill in both pot and column stills before blending the two distillates. This is followed by resting of the finished product in stainless steel, creating a smooth, delicious, and perfectly balanced rum. It offers notes of vanilla, coffee, and grass on the nose, with notes of strawberry, lime and citrus zest on the palate. Highly recommended! 🇧🇿 #CopalliRum #DiscoverCopalli
