Simply amazing and delicious crunch cake with a touch of pumpkin and @iwonorganics Protein Crunchies in Cinnamon which are also #vegan & #organic! This is a great protein cake for you to try and love this fall season!🍂
Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cooking Time: 24 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4)
Base
* 1⁄4 cup of vanilla pea protein
* 1⁄8 tsp of baking soda
* 1⁄2 tsp of cinnamon
* 5-6 packs of stevia
* 1⁄2 cup of pumpkin puree
* 1⁄2 cup of egg whites
Topping
* 1⁄2 cup of unsweetened greek yogurt
* 1⁄4 cup of pumpkin puree
* 5 packs of stevia or monk fruit
* 1⁄2 cup of @iwonorganics - Cinnamon Protein Crunchies
Method
1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the base and spread into a small baking dish.
3. Bake for 22 minutes.
4. Mix the ingredients for the topping and top the once baked base.
5. Top with protein crunchies and enjoy!
