Stong is the new sexy 💪🏾 I remember when I couldn’t even do one press up!! When it comes to this excercise it’s easy to use momentum and go fast but it also means not do the excercise with the correct form, I reccomend slowing the move right down it’s one of my favourite excercises to really work on strengthening your upper body and core! And it’s one you can do any time any place!!! My goal is to get to 10 press ups I can only do 8 right now! How many press ups can you do in one go?👇🏾💪🏾
