I could see first hand that women with great conditioning are able to smash that much more volume than their male counterparts š

The session went like this:
A1 Seated Leg Curl 3 x 12 with a second hold at the bottom
B1 Leg Press 4 x 10-15 reps with 3 seconds down, 1 second pause at the bottom
C1 Leg Extension 3 x 15 with 2 seconds hold at the top. Michelle changes it with a 1 and 1/2 style rep for more lactate accumulation
C2 Jump Squats š

3 x 15 to 20 jumps... Holy Mac!

We both pushed each other and had a fantastic time doing so. Funny enough, we train at the same time yet rarely together š On Leg Days, not anymore š and we both can see that we will just get better from it š
