Are you a morning person? If so, whats your routine? I’ve never been a morning person. I’ve always dreaded waking up early and I always felt my most productive hours were in the night. But about 3 weeks ago I decided to change my lifestyle. I’m so grateful that @sruthijayadevan has been teaching me about Ayurveda, my body type, and how I could optimize it. And let me tell you — it has made a world of a difference. After consistently doing this for 3 weeks I’ve felt a huge shift in my energy. I wake up naturally without an alarm. My digestion has improved a ton and I can even feel my body warm up and get ready for food since I’ve been feeding it at consistent times everyday. I haven’t needed coffee at all, because being awake while the sun rises fills me with tons of energy (I used to drink 2-3 cups a day). Best of all, I never realized how important having “me” time was. I never understood morning people and how they could wake up and do activities. But now I understand because I also look forward to my mornings . I don’t even realize 3 hours pass by because of the enjoyment I get from it.
