One of our fav sensory room builds at @adventuresci • Accessibility is at the core of our mission at Adventure Science Center, so we are proud to offer a dedicated sensory room for individuals feeling overstimulated during their visit. The @EY_us Sensory Room is located on the second floor between the Test Zone & Space Chase exhibits. Science center staff members are available to unlock the space if you or someone in your party needs access. Once inside, you'll find subdued lighting, noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, weighted lap pads, & more. Sensory bags outfitted by @KultureCity can also be checked out for use from the front desk. This is an important resource for individuals living with sensory sensitivities, so the rules of engagement are as follows: - One party allowed at a time.
