🤍sound on🤍 Japan trip vol.9 - Tokyo Disney Land was unexpectedly so fun - I used to not like Disney land for many reasons but also remembered I'd used to love love that place and vibes as I was very young. So I decided to engage to feel and enjoy it this time. My whole Japan trip was kind of like that- I used to struggle with my own country, in my heart, in my brain for many years and it was hard for me because I'm Japanese and was born and raised there and loved so many things about it but hated it. Hated my country. I had a big rage in me. And gradually realized it was me- the rage was me creating the rage and focusing on it and believing in it. Basically I was so angry at me. But one day I said to me hey Aki you can also love me just like you hate me, use that same amount of energy and try to love me. It took me so long as I really had used the energy to hate. Turned out that I did have lots of energy to love me. It's good to love. It's good to hate too. But it's not good to be invaded by hatred. It's good to know that you are enjoying hating and choosing the feeling. Next day we left Japan and hated the way back because it was a mess, will make the vid of it next. I totally couldn't enjoy the hatred then.
