Halloween can be fun for humans, but our four-legged friends may get a little spooked. Here are a few tips to make sure the holiday is happy for all. 1. Keep your dog(s) away from the door to avoid any escape attempts. 2. Make sure they’re microchipped or at least have proper collars and tags, just in case. 3. Place the candy bowl in a place your dog(s) can’t reach. Remember, chocolate and xylitol (a sugar sweetener) are dangerous for dogs. 4. Don’t force a costume.
