Have you tried creamy version of Galbijjim before?
1. Boil in water until cooked through and clean meat. Let meat sit water for 2 hours. Set aside.
2. Saute garlic & mushroom in oil (1 cup each)
3. Add 1 tbsp of butter and flour
4. Add 1 cup of Campbell’s® Cream of Mushroom Soup
5. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce & 1 tbsp mustard
6. Add a little bit of sour cream
7. Add meat
8. Simmer for 20 min
9. Serve with rice & enjoy
