Michele Lamy is starting her ‘MICHMATCH’ residency @matchesfashion. She asked me and my dear and talented friend and Creative Director @jesscuevas to create a campaign to launch the start of her collaboration. I’ve worked with Michele for close to 12 years. She is never comfortable with the status quo and pushes us to make work that highlights her evolving artistic presence. She invited us to shoot her at the Chateau Marmont, where she has lived on and off for twenty years. She is the doyen of the courtyard, inviting us to swim and eat, friends with everyone. Her bungalow doubles as her home and her workspace, where as director and producer of Rick Owens furniture, she creates.
