•😆• EEEK! I am so so proud of this class and excited for you all to take it with me! This is something I have only ever dreamed about getting to share with the world 🌎 One of my favorite formats to teach - it starts as a challenging workout & follows up with a chilled flow and breathing portion 🧘 This format started with outdoor pop up classes and virtual classes during the pandemic (shout out if you ever attended a Fire & Flow outdoors or virtually 😝 !!) and seeing it live in the app makes my heart sing! 🥰 I love getting to share both strength and yoga with you all 💪🏽 Our lives are busy and we don’t always have the time or privilege to set aside for both - this way you can take your “me” time of movement and feel really strong, capable & challenged AND connected, present & calm.
