Peanut Butter Cheezecake Overnight Oats

Recipe:
Ingredients:
▪️1/4 cup blended oats
▪️40g plant protein - I used @macromike Peanut Butter Cheezecake flavour
▪️1/4 cup vegan yogurt - I used @vitasoy_aus_nz hint of vanilla
▪️1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Topping:
1/4 cup vegan yogurt mixed with 2 tbsp peanut butter
1 Biscoff biscuit
1️⃣ Add the blended oats to a bowl with the protein, yogurt and milk. Mix together. Transfer to a small dish. Place in the freezer for a couple of mins while you prepare topping.
2️⃣ Mix the yogurt and peanut butter together. Spoon this over the oat mix and spread out with a spoon.
3️⃣ Add half a Biscoff biscuit and crumble the remaining half over the top. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next day.
