A woman’s body is pure magic. One month postpartum and I’m in awe of everything it carried, created, and healed. Equal parts beautiful and wild. And the miracle wasn’t only giving birth. It’s also this slow, patient rebuilding afterward. Putting on makeup, dressing up, building new routines, working on my laptop (with the little one on my chest), making travel plans. It feels like quietly coming home to myself. P.S. can’t wait to be back at the gym, my glutes miss their workouts.
