Mobility/Stretching Circuit🧘♀️ (upper body focused)
*trying to make it a priority of mine to do more stretching and mobility work to aid in better recovery and injury prevention. I am learning that as I get older I need to place more emphasis on this.
Completed as a circuit - completing 1 exercise after the other: 3 Rounds holding each stretch for 30 seconds (I used smartWOD timer app)
1. Kneeling Thoracic Rotation

3. Downward Dog
4. Cobra Pose
5. Tricep Stretch
6. Shoulder Stretch
7. Pretzel Stretch
8. Chest Opener Stretch
