This burn was very special because my amazing fiancé joined me. We'd talked about going together since I disappeared for a week and a half in our first 6 months of dating. 2019 was abandoned due to other plans and then 20/21 a pandemic. So here we were, engaged and headed to a giant party in the dust. Not an introverted marine biologists ideal vacation but I tried my hardest to make it as hospitable of a trip as I could. What it really comes down to though is the quality time together. I love you so much Rachel. Can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you. Ps goes without saying she's picking the next vacation (or 10 vacations). Pps she totally rocked it with costumes. Custom making a half dozen on the sewing machine I got her for her birthday. Such talent.
