Oh my goodness. I just ate theeeee best fried mozzarella at Epcot! I feel so lucky to be here during International Festival of the Arts! Mozzarella Fritta from Food Studio – L’Arte di Mangiare. It is a “Flash-fried Breaded Fresh Mozzarella with Artist Palette Condiments.” This was amazing. We need this to come to Disneyland/DCA! 10/10 Rating
