So grateful for HEALTH and a body I can move without pain. I couldn’t say that two years ago, I may not be able to say that in the future.....but for right now, I’m crushing it. I will never NOT take care of this body. So off to Pilates I go, followed by good food, lots of water and ALL the vitamins. I plan on feeling good for the duration of a lifetime.
