SPF stands for sun protection factor. Although I firmly believe that your best protection is building up your natural defense by exposing yourself to the sun in small doses, there are times when you need to add a little aid for longer/ stronger sun exposure days. When picking a sunscreen it’s important to choose reef safe spf for beach days and mineral is always better than chemical. Added some of my favs in the stories ;)
