As I begin to prepare myself for our annual summit next month, I think back to my speech a few years ago when Serena’s words played an important role in my opening remarks. As always, she gets it right. Our opportunity as women is to power one another up, make room for each other’s success and be there when we inevitably (at times) fail. Thanks to my dear friend @sarah_harden22 who not only posted this, but fights for women every day as the CEO of @hellosunshine and partner to the amazing @reesewitherspoon who also fights this good fight every day.
