@konbi is shutting down (for a bit?) in Echo Park and I am so sad but excited for what's next! Sharing this video from April 2019 that I was thrilled to make after having to beg my boss at the time because they didn't understand why sandwiches were worth doing a video about. I also had to beg @akiraakuto and @nickemontgomery to let me in, but after many emails they kindly relented. Konbi is a special place and I think we all know these aren't just ordinary sandwiches! I apologize for my incredibly annoying voice/face and it's clear why I now stick to hanging out behind the camera 😂😅
