Healthy Air Fried Halloween Peppers are Keto friendly and delicious! It’s also a fun family activity to carve your own 🎃 Healthy Air Fried Halloween Stuffed Peppers 4 large orange bell peppers 1 Tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil 1 pound lean ground turkey 1 medium yellow onion diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes 1 can corn (omit for keto version) salt and pepper to taste Shredded cheese Cut the top off each pepper then pull out the seeds. Carve eyes and mouth into the side of the pepper, or carve whatever you'd like! Just make sure the holes aren't too big. Heat oil over medium high heat then add onions and garlic, cook until fragrant and onions are translucent. Add tomatoes, corn, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper. Spoon filling into pepper and top with shredded cheese. Place two peppers in basket of the air fryer and place the tops next to them. Tent with tin foil.
