There are so many things impacting community nowadays like housing, financial security, community safety, employment, education and the environment. These things ALL impact our physical and mental health. Not all these things are our fault or we lowkey can’t actually even control. Sometimes with all that’s going on it’s really hard to give back to yourself for even just 30 mins.
