Dreams do come true! We’re finally here after all the back and forth with designs, contracts, projects, unwanted opinions and late night strategizing. This Juneteenth we opened up @equator.studio to the world by way of @equatorproductions and I feel so damn accomplished. Shouts to @ashleycimone my boss ass fiancé for crawling through the trenches cuz it ain’t easy doing this alone. Special thanks to @shaylacoxmilan for helping us source furniture etc for the studio and my whole team @wonderworkr @rixz @ridah.farooqui @ddelame for their hard work in helping to see this through. A lil more about us: @equatorproductions is a full service creative production studio, bridging the gap between content and culture by creating photo and video content rooted in cultural storytelling and community. With the opening of our very first dedicated studio space, we look to expand as a community building staple in Brooklyn and a burgeoning presence within the media industry. The space is a multi-purpose destination for both New York based creatives and Industry City patrons. Not only will the space serve as a rental location for photo and small video shoots, but a film and gift shop as well as a gallery space.
