Thanks a million to @SydFit212 for training us and @OverThrowNewYork (Joey, Power, Curtis, John) for having us/allowing us to take over the streets. And just so you know, boxing can benefit runners. It is a good cross training to take the load off your legs and get a more balanced cardiovascular workout. As a runner, you know that your core (think abs, back, and hips) is not only responsible for stabilizing your body, but it also serves as a power source. Well boxing, helps build up that rotational core strength which some runners lack.
