One of my Summer menu kids, “Children of the Elote” savory, spicy, roasty. Street corn in a cocktail.
This one took many tries to get right. The Corn kept disappearing or becoming too sweet for my idea of an Elote cocktail. But being from Indiana, it became a personal challenge to make a corn cocktail where you could actually taste it.
Mezcal, Reposado, lime, roasted corn, roasted red peppers, chili, s&p.
