Our Group Executive Chef Director, Tim Hughes, has been part of the Caprice group since 1998. Having been Head Chef at both Le Caprice and J.Sheekey, he plays a key role in the development of Caprice Holdings’ roster of restaurants including J. Sheekey, Scott’s, Daphne’s and 34 Mayfair... and now Scott’s Richmond! ✨ When asked why he is excited to bring Scott’s to Richmond: “The opportunity to have a great seafood restaurant on the river is very special considering the Thames’ history as a gateway for fish merchants. It is the first time we have ventured out of the heartland of Mayfair, and I cannot wait to meet our new neighbours, visitors and regulars alike”.
