through is out!!! this project came out of a lot of tears, but it also came out of so much bravery. it’s weird how this industry can make the most talented humans question their worth, but i’m so proud of Carol for pushing past what’s “supposed” to happen and telling her story her way. and working her ass off to do it!!! thank you to everyone involved, especially lauren and marcus who helped re-ignite carol’s sparkle in a really dark time. and lulu and laura and allison for the support and guidance along the way! so here’s to firsts. carols first time having the freedom to make the art that looks and feels like her magical soul. my first time figuring out how the heck to help bring a geniuses ideas to life and make sure it reaches the people who might need it as much as i do. when people meet me and carol they wonder how we’re so close because we couldn’t be more different. but that’s exactly why we are such great partners. where i struggle, carol thrives. what carol finds hard (very very few things), i find easy. carol, i thank the universe every day that we have each other. there’s no one else i’d dream to be on this journey with. your talent and spirit keep me going. here’s to the beginning!!!!
