15 girls, 15 different backgrounds, 15 different stories, 15 beautiful souls filled with giggles, laughter, tears and so so so much love 🦋🦋🦋🦋 My intention for my first retreat was for the girls to leave feeling a little more powerful, clear, energised and inspired. At the beginning of the retreat we mapped out what the highest version of ourselves looked like. When they left, I wanted them to feel closer to her and continue to strive to act, think, speak, and make decisions like her It’s not really about the yoga or movement sessions that make the retreat so transformational, it’s what happens in between those moments and when we take those teachings off the mat I had the honour to watch this group of sisters intertwine, hold space for each other, shed heavy layers, connect deeper with themselves and grow on EVERY level within the space of just five days. Everyday I pulled myself back from tears simply from how proud I was of each and everyone of them The work we do on retreats doesn’t stop when we leave each other - once those little seeds are planted in your soul, you’ll watch them grow & flourish more intensely everyday I’m so grateful to now call this group of girls my sisters 🤍 My heart has been blown WIDE open Huge gratitude for SOMA, Tash & Tom, @bebefaceaus, Instructors and our beautiful and generous retreat sponsors.
