As Summer comes to an end, personally I find this the hardest period to be consistent with my workouts. The buzz of summer isn’t there, and it’s easier to hit the snooze button instead of getting up and at it! But the next few months, is where we can put the work in to go into the the next year already making progress. So... welcome to RESET, my latest programme on @the_PWER to help you get BACK ON TRACK!
