I usually don’t like posting PERSONAL stuff on my Ig as so. However I’ve been going through a very eye awakening SELF LOVE journey. Finding the right partner who loves you, appreciates you, supports you, motivates you, lifts you, and ACCEPTS every piece of you is Soooooo important. I was blind sided when my Ex kept calling me “fat” and told me I wasn’t showing “results”. All to find out he found someone else who was skinnier then me while body shaming me for months !!!!!!!!!! I told myself and HIM months ago that by July 4 I was determined to hit results. Not at my dream body goal. But hey we’re showing RESULTS. I feel happier I feel healthier !!!!! Not only cuz I started focusing on myself——But I cut him off and now he will never see me or have access to the new body and new me EVER !!!!! I post this because I want everyone to know we’re all human and go through things phases in our lives. They’ll be aspects that break us ! But hunny.... This also Makes us !!!! Cheer to finally getting on my shit, and cutting off people who are just NOT good for you !!!!!!!! This is real shit. I know everyone goes through things like this in life. But we may not share it. This is me raw. And real. Hope this motivates you to choose YOU! And do better !!!!!!! Super big thanks to my trainer @shoshannafitness YOU THE REAL MVP hit her up for training if your in.
