Survivor’s Remorse: when a person has feelings of guilt because they survived a life-threatening situation when others did not. • It has taken six years to fulfill this dream. It is taking self forgiveness, release of anxiety, and the understanding that life can be different with a simple decision to do it in a way that isn’t the norm. When you choose differently for yourself, you can be hit with survivor’s remorse but remember, you worked for this.
