If only my body could keep up with my spirit. For the first time in my career I must withdraw from competition due to a torn right bicep. I will be fine. I’m crushed but doing my best to stay positive. I was so excited to compete. This is the fittest I have ever been but won’t be the fittest I will ever be. I learned that I have a lot more to give in the sport and I’m already stoked to go all in 2023. I will be back on that competition floor. My goal now is to enjoy this week with my Family, Friends and The CrossFit Community.
