Another woman’s success can be triggering...but only if you believe that success is out of your reach. Examine the cause of your triggers, Take responsibility for them, And be careful of the things you inadvertently tell yourself. This is important work cause without it we miss out on the opportunity to learn from each other. I examine my successes and my failures. They both give me information on what I need to do to create more positive outcomes. But there’s only so much information I can gather observing my own life. There are a million other women out there killing it daily and if I keep humble enough to consider that I can learn from someone else, rather than envy her, I’ve created a textbook to study from, rather than a few pages. It’s hard sometimes...I know, To work so hard and see someone else Gaining so much more momentum. But it’s not coming easily for her, She’s working for it. If you allow your tiggers to takeover You’re telling your mind, Your most important ally, That you can’t do this. Those jealous thoughts Are a reaction that signal One, You want what she has Two, You DON’T BELIEVE you can have/do it. That’s dangerous. Cause once you believe you CANNOT. Chances are you WILL NOT. Don’t let your triggers takeover. Don’t view her as a threat Or competition. She’s your EXAMPLE The BLUEPRINT That you can do this too.✨ Some of the women who’ve been inspiring me lately are @chlobow_to @dominique.baker @vanessaa.giuliani @natalie_sexton_ ✨✨✨✨✨✨ *If you didn’t see my ‘Battle of The Experts- Budget Edition’, on @themarilyndenisshow @natalie_sexton_ beat me by 43 CENTS! 😭😭.
