There’s truly a lot to be frustrated or angry about these days. We’re frustrated with selfish agendas, profit over people, blatant sin, the enemy and the fact that his deeds are no longer hidden, the many that are being led astray and sin. We’re frustrated by arrogant, in your face, unapologetic sin. As believers, aren’t we really just frustrated with sin and the understanding of the consequences that will follow? It’s the desire to willingly sin. Making a new name for things that don’t make them sound so bad. The hatred that many seem to freely display here, in comments, in public places, against people that they disagree with. What if rather than leaning into the anger, we were broken for the sin, for the sinner? What if our brokenness propelled us to pray? What if instead of a harsh answer, we could respond in truth because of love; our love for Him👆🏽, love for the ones that He wants to know Him, love for the ones confused by a modern day false hope, love for the ones looking for a Savior.
