22 years ago we lost a friend, a brother, an angel. I can’t get over him, maybe because he was so fucking SOMETHING. Jarod was more than just another bass player in the Shitwheel. He was so adamant that he should play bass for us one night at Penny Lane that finally Davey said “fuck it, you’re in”. We did the Watch It Burn split with Jarod. He made me go out at a time when I didn’t want to go anywhere other than the liquor store and work and my shitty little apartment. I guess I’m trying to say I wish he were still here and still dragging me out to shitty San Marcos bars and still being the ridiculous and also lovely person he was. 212 forever. Love ya buddy.
