Do have any life improvement goals for yourself for the new year? I certainly do 😊🦈 I’ve always admired the grace and patience sharks show so I wrote chapters about those subjects in my new book. While I don’t think I’ll ever be able to achieve their level of grace and patience, it’s good to have goals to aim for and to make small improvements daily or at least measureable improvements from year to year. 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣3️⃣ 🦈 While I wouldn’t describe myself as a very patient person (except with nonhuman animals) I am actually far more patient than I used to be and at least more figuratively graceful with how I handle some things, however there is still room for improvement. At least the sharks shaped my more graceful movements in the water.
