This high protein and nourishing cake is just the perfect snack for you to try now! Easy to make and such a tastebud pleaser!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1/4 cup of vanilla pea protein (used @nuzest_usa PURELYHL for discount)
- 1/3 cup of greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup of egg whites
- 5-6 packs of stevia
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/4 cup of keto granola
- 1 pack of @heyelavi blue spirulina vanilla cashew butter
Instructions:
1. Mix the pea protein, baking powder, stevia, egg whites and greek yogurt.
2. Pour into a small baking dish and top with granola.
3. Bake for 20 minutes.
4. Once baked top with blue spirulina cashew butter and enjoy!
