No stupid questions: when do you shake a cocktail and when do you stir a cocktail? 🍹🍸 Basically, for any “opaque” ingredients (I.e. citrus, cream, egg white, etc) shake it. For cocktails with all clear ingredients (made up of primarily spirit) you stir it.
