*SCREENSHOT AND SAVE* LISTENNNNNN retaking the MCAT will not stop your white coat! Thank you Drexel 1st year med student Michelle (@chelle.xo) for making this video and bringing transparency the med school app process. If you have to retake then do it! It doesn’t matter long as you are improving. Now ideally you want to the best you can but things happen- life, family, burn out ect. Here are the top 3 things you must do to get a 500 on the MCAT 🔥TAKE PRACTICE TEST BEFORE YOU REGISTER FOR THE MCAT. Write this down , circle and highlight. I discussed on IG LIVE yesterday but want to stress this point again. Taking a practice test will help you know where you stand before you start studying so you can set up a realistic timeline for study BEFORE you sit for the real MCAT. It’s never wise to just sign up and hope and pray you can get ready by test day. So if you practice test score is low in 470’s and 480’s then don’t sign up for the first MCAT test date take the later one. Usually 1 month studying can boost score 5 point. 🔥MAKE A REAL SCHEDULE. When you make a schedule that have you studying 365 sun to sun down is NOT REALISTIC. Include a day for self care. Include time for make up or family time. Making space other things outside MCAT allows for to make sure you have time to study and do life which is key to you getting over a 500 🔥AAMC MATERIAL IS NOT OPTIONAL The last 8 weeks you need do AAMC MATERIAL INCLUDING PRACTICE TEST. They write the test so best believe you need to do the qbanks and practice test so you can well prepared on test day! 🔥🔥🔥For more information on how to set your MCAT prep up right so you can get over a 500 check out our PRE MCAT GAME PLAN -LINK IN BIO👆🏾👆🏾👆🏾 Dr. Denmark (@drashleydenmark ) #projectdiversifymedicine #medschool #mcat #mcatstudying #mcatprep #doctor #futuredoctor #premed #premedstudent #premedlife
