How much is a dash? I get this question more often than most bartenders and I recently talked about it on @vinepair’s #CocktailCollege podcast with @timmckirdy. Though smarter people than I have calibrated the exact answer (looking at you @donbert and @cookingissues), this is how we approach the issue at my bars.
