An introduction (or reintroduction if you’ve been here a while)—I’m Gabby George (GG for shortie!). My entire personality is the color pink, I love my cats, my husband, my family & friends, and being a girly girl. I’ve lived a lot of lives (I’m a Libra), but I’m living my truest one yet. Life gets better with age, and when you lean into what your intuition tells you to...trust me. That doesn’t make the path any easier, but I’m here, I’m doing it, and it’s never too late to chase your dreams. Once a classically trained dancer, opera singer, PR gal, and now an (almost) MPH in Nutrition and certified fitness trainer—I can’t wait to bring more mood-boosting movement to you this summer.
