Good morning šŸŽ§šŸ«¶šŸ¼šŸ¦ā˜ļø Here’s a little @ home glute and ab series using dumbbells that I filmed for you guys yesterday afternoon — I just bought these stackable dumbbells for home because I don’t have space for a wide-range of weights but I want to be including weights into my routine wayyy more often. It just feels so good to have variety... also, change is good for our bodies and I have really been leaning into ā€œintuitively exercisingā€ aka listening to what my body is telling me it needs. I’ve shared my recent exercise split a couple times but here’s a reminder: Strength workout 3-4x per week, Yoga/Pilates 1-2x per week, Long walks daily. I’ve been super committed to this routine for the past 7 or 8 weeks now and I am definitely noticing the shift in my body. Like I’ve mentioned, I had a rough year and just didn’t have the energy or motivation to exercise as consistently, I lost a lot of strength and muscle and it really didn’t feel good (especially because I was used to being strong from years of consistent pilates)! I finally decided to start a consistent routine back up and it has given me more energy, more strength + tone, and so much more motivation to take care of my body. Repeat each exercise 3-4 times: — DB RDL’s 10x — DB Curtsy Lunge 8x each leg alternating — DB Glute Bridge SL 10x each side — DB Glute Bridge 15x — DB Crunch 12-15x — DB Heel Taps 10-12x I am going to be adding a strength + pilates program to my app soon — it will include strength/weight workouts with dumbbells AND mat pilates workouts. It’s designed to be home-workout friendly OR easy to take with you to the gym and will guarantee amazing results (if you stick to the program, of course).
