Autumn arrived just last week, and now Summer is sneaking back this week with higher temperatures.
No problem!
Urth Caffé uses only 100% pure pumpkin puree in our lattés – it’s folded with steamed milk, high-quality heirloom and organic espresso, poured over ice or blended with ice, then poured over boba. It’s then topped with real whipped cream and graham cracker crumbles.
In Los Angeles, typical pumpkin spice lattés are made with flavored syrup or powders with emulsifiers and artificial flavors – which Urth Caffé would never use.
“We’ve found that pure ingredients taste so much fresher and better,” said Shallom Berkman, who co-founded Urth Caffé with wife Jilla Berkman.
