They were just released on Amazon, check out the link in bio. 5 ingredient Cheesy Egg Bake 1 tablespoon oil (canola or vegetable oil) 8-10 medium sized potatoes, peeled and diced 5 slices ham, diced 4 eggs 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper Sour cream and chives for garnish (optional) Instructions Preheat oven to 400F Heat oil in Zakarian by Dash cast iron over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and cook until they begin to get golden brown on the edges. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper. Add the chopped ham and cook for 2 minutes. Smooth everything into an even layer in the skillet and then make a little well where you want to crack each egg. Crack the eggs into the well and sprinkle them with a little salt and pepper. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
