We recently took advantage of the Melbourne sunshine (it was very short lived as today was back to rain and hail) and the kids and I took a day trip to the beach. It is one of our favourite places to visit when the weather is warm, and as the kids were playing on the sand and in the water I thought about how lucky we have been for the kids to be able to resume and start swimming lessons this year and how much more comfortable it has made me when taking them near water.
