YOU NEED TO try this vegan burgeršŸ”Disclaimer: this is NOT my original recipe. But they were so good, and fun to make. We don’t gate-keep here so here’s what you need: . . 1 C cooked and cooled brown rice 4 TBS any oil (I used EVOO) 1 1/2 C thinly sliced onion 5 C shiitake mushrooms (I used Baby Bellas instead) 3/4 C raw cashews 1/2-1 C oat flour 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 2 tsp miso paste 1 TBSP Tamari 1/4 tsp smoked paprika . . These turned out so flavorful, Liam HATES mushrooms like ā€œwith a CAPITAL ā€˜Hā€™ā€šŸ˜‚ but he LOVED this burger so much that he ate it for lunch the next day. Little Ms. Hailey liked them too!ā¤ļø . . Me and Brendyn decided to try the burger local style as a vegan Loco Moco (a dish usually served with eggs, a beef patty, rice and gravy) and MAN!!!
