A post-heatwave thank you to everyone who came out to the 6th annual Kingsland Wildflower Festival on Saturday! We managed to stay cool with assists from some awesome sprinklers, cold @greenpoint.beer, and refreshing fresh tamarind and coconut juices (and delicious vegan food) from @healthyasamotha We welcomed over 650 guests to the rooftops and building to connect with local environmental and community groups, view art and dance performances, and learn more about our local ecology by the water. Thanks you to the organizations who brought materials and education to share. Thank you to all of our powerhouse volunteers who came early and stayed late to help us make the festival run day of.
