I feel grateful to be a part of such an energizing environment and am excited to continue learning and growing,” says Carolina Sculti ‘23.⁠ ⁠ As a current student in USC Marshall’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program and a member of a USC Women's Swimming and Diving team, Carolina has always had a passion for entrepreneurship and athletics. Combining both of these worlds, she recently founded her own sports-tech company, ELETE, meant to help athletes of all levels by connecting student-athletes to youth-athletes for private lessons, mentorship, and courses. ⁠ ⁠ As a new founder, Carolina sought the Trojan community to help her through the initial stages of her entrepreneurial journey. Turning to TroyLabs, USC’s premier student-run entrepreneurship organization, she enrolled in their Fall 2022 BUILD program, a unique cohort-style accelerator program designed to focus on founder growth and development through the curation of entrepreneurial resources and a community of founders. ⁠ ⁠ After this 9 week accelerator program, Carolina will have a chance to pitch her company to a panel of investors and attendees for a chance to win a grand prize and meet mentors in the space. ⁠ ⁠ Best of luck Carolina! ⁠⁠
